At Holly Acres, we provide on-site 24 hour security personnel, CCTV, wide angled parking spaces, friendly, service-oriented staff and many amenities not offered by other storage facilities in the Northern Virginia area. Our conveniently located Full Service Maintenance Department can pick your unit up, perform scheduled maintenance and park you back in your assigned space without you leaving the comforts of home.

Are you interested in storage for your boat, R.V., or auto? Then store with us. We offer prices starting at $71 per month with month-to-month contracts. Our facility consists of 47 fenced acres with electronic gate card access, on-site security as well as security cameras and lights, asphalt and gravel spaces, a pressure washer, vacuum, air machine, dump station and L.P. Gas. In addition, our boat & R.V. parts department, which also includes a full-service truck accessories center, can perform VA State Inspections of your trailer. Our full-service maintenance department is staffed with Mercury Marine and Volvo certified technicians, as well as R.V. mechanics. Our maintenance department not only repairs and services boats and R.V.’s, they also offer boat and R.V. detailing and winterizing as well as boat shrinkwrapping and have the ability to haul and block boats up to 40’. We are conveniently located off the I-95 corridor near Potomac Mills Mall, as well as near boat ramps and the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers. Best of all, there are NO PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES ON BOATS AND R.V.’S in Prince William County.
